What to do in case of problems when printing my travel documents?
You can access your travel documents and print them out as from 21 days before departure via 'myTUI’ section. You can access this section by entering the surname of the passenger for whom the first ticket was booked, the reservation number and the departure date.
Hereafter you will find a few practical tips to avoid technical problems when printing your tickets :
- Go directly to www.tuifly.be, do not go into your favorites;
- Click in the superior frame on your screen on the button refresh or click on the buttons Ctrl + F5 at the same time;
- Switch off temporarily your virusscanner and firewall;
- Disconnect also the pop-up blockers (see also: https://host.softworks.ca/Agate3/blocker/disable-blockers.htm);
- Remove the cookies.
