Under certain circumstances, you have the right to have data removed by TUI. In other cases, however, this may be impossible, e.g. because we still need your data to be able to carry out your travel contract properly. In addition, there may be other reasons why we cannot or may not comply with your request, e.g. because there are legal provisions which require us to retain your data.
