What does TUI fly do for passengers with nut allergies?

During the flight, we do not serve meals containing peanuts/nuts. However, we cannot 100 per cent guarantee that meals on board do not contain traces of nuts.
For example, meals with sauce are regularly served and meals may be prepared in a place where nuts are also prepared.

Do you have a peanut or nut allergy? Then inform us at least 4 days before departure. The cabin crew will then try to take the necessary restrictions on board. However, we cannot guarantee a nut-free environment.
