What can I do in case of a (potential) crisis situation?
We always advise you to give us or your travel agency your mobile phone number at which you can be reached before and during your holiday, so that we can keep you informed by means of text messages.
If your mobile phone number is not mentioned in your booking data, we urge you to give us your number as soon as possible. After receipt of their travel documents, people who have booked with TUI fly can contact our Customer Service Center or their travel agency by calling +32(0)2 717 86 61.
