Despite all precautions baggage can sometimes go missing. Report this to the 'Lost and Found' desk at the airport of arrival before you leave the airport. If it is not reported, no arrangements can be made. To report missing baggage you will need your reservation number, boarding pass and baggage label.

As soon as your baggage has been localised, the carrier will do everything in their power to deliver the baggage to you as soon as possible.
