Promotion Terms and Conditions – Free Parking on Liege Airport

• The ‘Free Parking’ promotion (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Promotion’) of TUI Airlines Belgium S.A. (TUI Fly Belgium) and TUI Belgium SA/NV (hereinafter referred to as ‘TUI Belgium’), (TUI Fly Belgium and TUI Belgium are also referred to jointly or individually as TUI), temporarily offers travelers the opportunity, upon purchase of a flight, with departure and arrival at Liege Airport (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Airport’), to benefit from a parking space at the Airport free of charge (with a value of 90 euros for the first week and 7 euros per additional day).

1. Conditions of the Promotion

• The Promotion applies exclusively to return flights from the TUI Fly Belgium offer departing from Liège. Flights from other airline companies are excluded from this Promotion. Consequently, this Promotion only applies to package holidays or seat-only return tickets departing from Liège Airport and where the return flight also arrives at Liège Airport;
• The Promotion only applies to new bookings (both seat-only return bookings with TUI Fly Belgium and package holidays organised by TUI Belgium) in the period from 5 May to 31 May 2025, for a trip with a departure date between 7 June 2025 and 2 November 2025.
• TUI customers are entitled to one free parking space per booking (being the booking number or reservation number);
• This promotion is limited to the mere provision of a parking space. TUI cannot under any circumstances be regarded as a depository nor can TUI be held liable for actions taken by third parties.
• The promotion is valid until such time as parking spaces are available at the Liège Airport car park.

2. Conditions of Use

In order to benefit from the action, being the provision of a free parking space, the customer must:

• Meet the conditions of application as set out in point 1;
• Turn to the TUI desk with his/her e-mail confirming the free parking benefit prior to departure at Liege Airport, where the customer will receive a free exit ticket;
• Upon return at Liege Airport, the customer can leave the car park using the entry ticket (which the customer receives when entering the car park) and the free exit ticket.

Please note: at the time of the return, the TUI desk is not staffed and a free exit ticket can no longer be obtained. The free exit ticket must be collected prior to the departure flight at the Airport.

3. Restrictions – Parking Conditions

• The free use of airport parking is limited to a maximum period of 15 days.
• The free exit card is not transferable and TUI is not responsible for the customer's failure to collect the free exit card in time, nor for the loss of the free exit card.
• Using this promotion, the customer accepts these promotion conditions and the conditions of Liège Airport.

4. Liability

• TUI Fly Belgium and TUI Belgium do not bear any responsibility or liability for any reason whatsoever for material, immaterial, direct and indirect damages, including but not limited to damage to or theft of the vehicle.
• In case of loss of the free exit ticket or if the customer has not collected the free exit ticket at the counter, the customer will have to pay the parking costs himself. Under no circumstances can these costs be recovered from TUI Fly Belgium or TUI Belgium.

5. General

• TUI reserves the right to terminate the Promotion (prematurely) or to change the rules, Promotion terms, provisions or information at its own discretion and without prior notice, without TUI being liable to compensate the traveler in any way as a result. • Belgian law applies to this promotion and the associated terms and conditions. Any disputes relating to this Promotion are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.
