Brussels Airport is currently experiencing a failure in the check-in and boarding systems, which has a major impact on airport operations. As a result, only manual check-in and boarding are possible. This situation may continue in the coming days as well.
To ensure your journey runs as smoothly as possible, we inform you that passengers who have checked in online (Schengen flights) and are traveling with hand luggage only, may proceed directly to the gate. They do not need to queue at the check-in counters.
As you can expect from us, we always make sure you can go on holiday. TUI fly does not cancel any flights; some departures are being moved to Ostend. In that case, bus transportation is provided from Airport to Airport. Of course, you can also choose to travel directly to the airport yourself; you do not need to inform us if you do so. Please note that your return flight, if applicable, will still be operated from the original Airport.
