Passengers must report for check-in on time. Unless stated otherwise this is at least two hours before the time of departure (3 hours for long-distance flights). For Freebird flights, from 19/06/2023 on, this is 3 hours before departure. Passengers must be present at the check-in desk sufficiently in advance in order to comply with all formalities and follow all procedures prior to departure. Under no circumstances are passengers allowed to check in after the time mentioned.
If a passenger does not arrive at the check-in desk on time, the carrier has the right to cancel that passenger's booking. The flight will not be delayed under any circumstances.
The carrier can in no way be held responsible for any losses or expenses resulting from the passenger's failure to comply with the obligation above.
