Until what week of my pregnancy am I allowed to travel and what documents are needed?
A pregnant woman is allowed to fly until the end of the 36th week of pregnancy (the 32nd week in case of multiple pregnancy) with a medical certificate drawn up in Dutch, French or English, which confirms that there is no risk for the pregnancy or of premature birth.
You do not need to provide this certificate to TUI fly in advance, but should be able to present it in case of control at the airport. The certificate must have recently been put up (max. 8 days old at the time of departure).
During the first 28 weeks of pregnancy a medical certificate is not needed.
As from 37 weeks of pregnancy it is no longer allowed to fly.
The carrier reserves the right to request the presentation of a medical certificate at the moment the aircraft takes off.
