The people at the “Lost and Found” desk will give you the completed form and provide you with additional information. You need to report the repair and/or replacement of damaged baggage to the company Dolfi1920 at www.dolfi1920.be or by calling ++32 (0)78 150 251. Without the official form received from “Lost and Found”, no arrangements can be made with Dolfi1920.

In case of slight damage (scratches or dents) no compensation is possible.
