What should I do if my baggage has been damaged?
If your baggage is damaged, the best thing to do is to report it at the "Lost and Found" desk at the airport of arrival before you leave the airport. You need the booking number, the boarding pass and the baggage label to have a Damaged Baggage Report (DBR) drawn up. The people at the “Lost and Found” desk will give you the completed form and provide you with additional information. You need to report the repair and/or replacement of damaged baggage to the company Dolfi1920 at www.dolfi1920.be or by calling ++32 (0)78 150 251. Without the official form received from “Lost and Found”, no arrangements can be made with Dolfi1920.
