Why do I collect Smiles rather than points?
Smiles work differently from traditional loyalty points.
You don’t save up Smiles to spend them later. Instead, you collect them to reach a higher membership tier.
The more Smiles you collect, the higher your tier becomes. And with each new tier, you gain access to more and better benefits
