How do I collect Smiles, and what are they used for?
You earn Smiles when you book:
- Package holidays
- TUI Fly flight tickets
- Car holidays
- CityTrips
- Winter sports
- TUI Sports
- Excursions and event tickets sold by TUI
When you book:
- via TUI websites or in the TUI app
- in TUI shops and at our partner travel agencies
As a member, always log in to your account before making a booking. That way, you’ll immediately see the latest offers and rewards on your overview page. When booking, use the same email address as for your account. This ensures your Smiles are added automatically. Smiles cannot be added retrospectively.
The Smiles you’ve collected determine your membership tier in the TUI Smiles Rewards Club. More Smiles mean a higher tier and more rewards.
You won’t collect Smiles when booking via a partner hotel’s website.
