Will I still collect Smiles if I wasn’t logged in when I made the booking?

You’ll still collect Smiles even if you weren’t logged in when you made your booking.

However, we do recommend that you log in to your myTUI account before making a booking via the TUI website or TUI app. That way, you’ll immediately see the latest offers and rewards on your personal overview page.

Don’t worry if you make a booking without logging in. As long as you use the same email address as for your myTUI account, your booking and your Smiles will automatically appear in your account within two to three days.
