What is the difference between a mijnTUI account and the TUI Smiles Rewards Club, and how do they work together?

Your myTUI account is your personal travel account with TUI. This is where you plan, book and manage all your holidays.

The TUI Smiles Rewards Club is your loyalty programme. You collect Smiles with every booking and unlock great rewards.

You need a myTUI account to join the TUI Smiles Rewards Club. Your Smiles and rewards are stored in your myTUI account, so everything is in one place.

Here’s how it all works:

  • Use the same login details – one account for everything.
  • You’ll automatically earn Smiles with every eligible booking.
  • You can view your Smiles balance, level and rewards in the TUI Smiles Rewards Club section of your myTUI account.
  • Keep booking to collect more Smiles and reach higher levels.
