Why are my rewards different from my friend’s?
Your rewards depend on your tier in the TUI Smiles Rewards Club. You and your friend may be on different levels and therefore see different rewards.
Are you both on the same level?
If so, your friend can still see extra rewards if they’re going on holiday within 14 days. During that period, your friend can also play Pack Your Bags.
Pack Your Bags is a game in the TUI Smiles Rewards Club. You can play it from level 2 onwards.
Here’s how to play Pack Your Bags:
- Book a package holiday, hotel or flight as a member
- The game is available between 14 and 5 days before your departure
- You’ll find the game on your dashboard in the TUI Smiles Rewards Club
- You get one go at the game per booking
- You’ll always win an exclusive reward for your trip
