How can I leave or unsubscribe from the TUI Smiles Rewards Club?
We hope you’ll stay and continue to collect TUI Smiles.
However, you can leave the TUI Smiles Rewards Club at any time.
Leaving the TUI Smiles Rewards Club
Here’s how:
- Log in to your myTUI account
- Go to Account Management
- Unsubscribe from TUI Smiles emails
Please note: if you unsubscribe from the emails, you will automatically leave the club altogether.
After you leave
You’ll still see the TUI Smiles Rewards Club in the menu. At that point, you can only rejoin.
Rejoining
Have you changed your mind about leaving? You can always rejoin. Here’s what you need to know:
- You’ll start collecting Smiles again from the date you rejoin
- Your new tier will depend on the Smiles you collect from that point onwards
- Any Smiles you collected previously may have expired by then
- Smiles are valid for one year from the date you collect them
