Will I earn Smiles for a booking I made before I joined the TUI Smiles Rewards Club?

Earning Smiles on an existing booking

You can earn Smiles on a booking you’ve already made. This is possible if you join the TUI Smiles Rewards Club within 30 days of making your booking.

Conditions:

  • You join within 30 days of making your booking
  • Your booking is eligible for Smiles
  • You use the same email address for your booking and your myTUI account

When won’t you receive Smiles retrospectively?
You cannot add Smiles if:

  • Your booking was made more than 30 days ago
  • Your booking was made before the club launched

Good news
Even at Level 1, you have access to plenty of rewards. As a member, you’ll automatically collect Smiles on future eligible bookings.
