Can I share my ‘Smiles’ with someone else, including fellow travellers on a group booking?
Smiles are personal and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
Smiles are always awarded to the person who makes the booking – namely, the lead booker.
Are you booking for a group?
In that case, the lead booker receives all the Smiles. They cannot be shared amongst the other travellers.
To find your Smiles in your myTUI account, please use the same email address for your booking and your myTUI account.
