Can Smiles expire or be lost?
Your Smiles remain valid for 12 months from the date you collect them. After this period, they expire and no longer count towards your total.
To maintain your membership level, you must collect Smiles by making bookings within a 12-month period. This helps determine which level you are in within the programme.
