How do I check my Smiles balance, and when do new Smiles appear?

You can view your Smiles balance in your myTUI account. Log in and go to ‘TUI Smiles Rewards Club’ in the menu. You’ll see your current balance straight away.

You earn Smiles with every TUI booking. These will appear on the dashboard of your myTUI account within 2 to 3 days, under ‘TUI Smiles Rewards Club’ in the menu.
