How do I move up in the Club to a higher Level?
When do you move up to the next level?
You automatically move up to the next level as soon as you’ve collected enough Smiles for that level. You can see how many Smiles you still need in your myTUI account.
When will you see your new level?
Your Smiles are credited immediately after you’ve completed your booking. It may take 2 to 3 days for your new level and rewards to appear on the TUI Smiles Rewards Club overview page in your myTUI account. As soon as they’re visible, you can use them straight away.
How long do you retain your level?
You retain your new level for 12 months from the moment you reach it.
