I’m having trouble redeeming a partner reward. What can I do?

Depending on which partner you’re having issues with, there are several ways you can contact us:

For Airalo, MyPostcard, New Balance, Kambukka, Storytel, JBL or Mindfulness: send an email to TUISmilesRewardClub-BE@TLCrewards.com
Please state in your message which partner reward you’re trying to redeem. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible to help you further.

For all other partner offers: Please contact our Customer Services Centre. We’ll be happy to help you.
