What happens if I redeem my partner reward and then cancel my booking?

As soon as you join the TUI Smiles Rewards Club, you can start using partner rewards straight away. You don’t need to have made a booking with TUI yet.

No problem. You’ll still have access to the reward. Partner rewards always remain available, even after cancellation.
