Who can join the TUI Smiles Rewards Club, and how often do I need to travel to benefit from it?
Anyone aged 18 or over can become a member of the TUI Smiles Rewards Club. You earn Smiles when you are the lead booker on a booking.
To ensure your Smiles are credited correctly, please use the same email address for your booking as you do for your myTUI account (your personal TUI profile). Smiles are linked to your account and cannot be transferred to other people. Each booking can only have one main booker.
You can earn Smiles on all TUI bookings, even if you only travel occasionally. This applies to:
- Package holidays
- TUI Fly flights
- Self-drive holidays, CityTrips, Winter sports
- TUI Sports
- Excursions
