Will I be able to rejoin the TUI Smiles Rewards Club in the future?
Yes, you can always rejoin. We’d be delighted to welcome you back.
Are you rejoining within 12 months?
In that case, you’ll return to the same tier as before. This applies before your current membership tier is recalculated.
Are you rejoining after more than 12 months?
In that case, we’ll recalculate your Smiles. These will determine your new tier.
Please note: Smiles are valid for one year from the date you collect them. After this period, they expire.
