Non-essential travel from non-EU countries to Belgium and vice versa is still prohibited. This means that for both BE-MA flights and MA-BE flights, you need to prove that your trip is essential (more information is available here).
Additional measures/conditions to be taken into account when travelling to Morocco:
- A negative of a Covid19 test (PCR) – taken less than 48 hours before arrival – must be presented upon registration (from 11 years). Exception: fully vaccinated (2 weeks after the 2nd dose), vaccination passport or certificate is sufficient as proof

TO BELGIUM: International passport, issued within the previous ten years, valid at least 3 months after the intended date of departure from the Schengen area + VISA. Visitor must hold ticket and all documents required for return journey.
TO FRANCE: International passport, issued within the previous ten years, valid at least 3 months after the intended date of departure from the Schengen area + VISA. Visitor must hold ticket and all documents required for return journey.
TO MOROCCO: International passport valid during period of stay. For stays longer than 90 days a visa is required.

For flights from Belgium to Morocco:
- Please note that the prohibition on non-essential travel outside Europe still applies.
- All Passengers entering Morocco must present a negative PCR test lasting less than 72 hours before departure time. The serological test is no longer required. More information about the travel formalities/measures in Morocco is available at the website of the Federal Public Service Foreign Affairs (https://diplomatie.belgium.be/fr/Services/voyager_a_letranger/conseils_par_destination/maroc website only available in French) or at your embassy/consulate.
- Upon arrival at a Moroccan airport all passengers must present the property completed 'Passenger Health Card': http://www.onda.ma/form.php
For flights from Morocco to Belgium:
- Please note that the prohibition on non-essential travel outside Europe still applies.
- All passengers travelling to Belgium, irrespective of their nationality, must complete the form “Public Health Passenger Locator Form”. If you did not complete this form, the Belgian government may deny you access to the Belgian territory and you will unfortunately not be allowed on the flight.
- Upon your return to/arrival in Belgium, you have to go into quarantine in Belgium and undergo a test. More information is available at www.info-coronavirus.be.
For flights from Morocco to France:
- Please note that the prohibition on non-essential travel outside Europe still applies.
- It will not be possible anymore to enter the French territory without providing a negative PCR Test carried out 72hrs prior to departure. More information https://www.diplomatie.gouv.fr/fr/
- All passengers travelling to France, regardless of their nationality, have the obligation to complete the form "Certificate of exceptional international travel” and the “Sworn statement” (https://interieur.gouv.fr/Actualites/Infos-pratiques/Attestation-de-deplacement-et-de-voyage). They must present these documents prior to the check-in in order to be allowed to board the flight.
- Starting on 18 January 2021, all travellers coming from non-EU countries must go into self-quarantine upon their arrival, for a period of 7 days. After this period a new test must be performed.
For flights from France to Morocco:
