Benefits of myTUI account
The main benefits of myTUI:
- All details about your next trip combined.
- Possibility to easily upgrade or add baggage.
- Possibility to easily book extras before your departure.
- Possibility to book your next trip even faster.

You can find all details of your booked trip. You only need to add the trip using your booking number and your last name.
Haven't you done this yet? You can find more information on how to add a booking here. - Have you forgotten to book your baggage or do you want to take more baggage? My TUI enables you to upgrade or add baggage quickly and easily.
- You can book extras, like transport, a travel medical kit,… before your departure.
- With myTUI, you can book your next holiday even faster. If you filled out all the data requested for your profile, you can add yourself and your travel companions to a new booking by clicking only once.
- Are you not sure which destination to choose next? You can save the different possibilities under your favourites. That way it will be easier to choose your next holiday destination.
Register at myTUI
- Go to myTUI in the blue bar at the top of the screen.
- Click “register”.

Enter your first name, your last name, your email address and your password.
Or register with your Facebook or Google account. - Click “create an account”.
- You will receive a confirmation email.
- Click the link in the confirmation email to verify your email address.
- Your account is now ready for use.
When creating your account, you will be requested to enter the following data:
- My first name, the name that appears on your passport or identity card
- My last name, the name that appears on your passport or identity card
- Email address
If you already created your account, you can add data directly in your account. The more data you enter, the faster you can book your holiday.
- Your details on the basis of your passport or identity card
- Your date of birth
- Your nationality
- Your address (street name, house number, letterbox, postal code, city, country)
- Your telephone number
- The data of your travel companions, if any
Your password needs to have the following characteristics:
- Minimally 8 characters
- Minimally 1 uppercase letter
- Minimally 1 digit
Log in at myTUI
- Go to myTUI in the blue bar at the top of the screen.
- Click “Log in”

Enter your email address and your password.
Or log in with your Facebook or Google account
If you need a new password, it’s very easy to change it at myTUI. If you follow these steps, you will very quickly have a new password:
- Go to myTUI in the blue bar at the top of the screen.
- Click “Log in” if you haven’t logged in yet.
- Go to “my Profile”
- Scroll down to “change password”.
- Enter your old password and your new password.
- Click the button “Change password”.
- Go to myTUI in the blue bar at the top of the screen.
- Click “Log in” if you haven’t logged in yet.
- Go to “my Profile”.
- Scroll down to “log-in credentials”.
- You will see your current email address. Delete it and enter the new email address.
- Click the button "change email address".
- You will receive a confirmation email.
- Click the link in the confirmation email.
- Your account is now ready for use.
You can’t log in to your myTUI account because you have forgotten your password.
Don’t panic: if you follow the steps explained below, you will soon be able to view your trips again.
- Go to myTUI in the blue bar at the top of the screen.
- Make sure you see “Log in”.
- Then click “Forgot password?” underneath the red bar.
- Enter the email address you normally use to log in to myTUI.
- Check your mailbox to see if you have received the email.
- Follow all instructions from the email to set a new password.
Check whether you used the correct email address and password. If you don’t remember your password, you can change it an any time. You can find more information on how to do this above.
My bookings
- Go to myTUI in the blue bar at the top of the screen.
- Click “Log in” if you haven’t logged in yet.
- Go to “My bookings”.
- Click “add a new booking”.
- Enter your last name and your booking number.
- Your booking has now been added to myTUI.
The booking number and the booking reference are exactly the same. You can find them in the confirmation email or booking email.
The number consists of 9 digits.
- Go to myTUI in the blue bar at the top of the screen.
- Click “Log in” if you haven’t logged in yet.
- Go to “My bookings”.
- Click “arriving flights” if it is not open yet.
- Go to the booking you want to remove.
- Click right on the booking and click "remove".
- Your booking has now been removed from My TUI.
Note: removing a booking from myTUI is not the same as cancelling the booking.
- Go to myTUI in the blue bar at the top of the screen.
- Click “Log in” if you haven’t logged in yet.
- Go to “My bookings”.
- Click “arriving flights” if it is not open yet.
- Go to the booking you want to cancel.
- Click “view booking”.
- Click “cancel booking” in the field containing your booking.
- Your trip has now been cancelled.
