I order a Gift Voucher for professional purposes. Can I receive an invoice?
When ordering the TUI fly Gift Voucher(s) you can request an invoice. In that case the invoice is sent to you by post. No extra costs are charged. However, an amount of € 12.50 for administrative expenses will be charged if you request an invoice after having received the Gift Voucher.
How are the Gift Vouchers sent ?

How can I use the TUI fly Gift Voucher ?
The TUI fly Gift Voucher is only valid if you book directly with TUI fly at Tuifly.be. The TUI fly Gift Voucher can be used as (partial) payment of one or several air tickets from the TUI fly offer. However, the value of the Gift Voucher cannot be deducted from the price of a trip already taken or already booked. You can use more than one Gift Voucher in one and the same booking (max. 10 per booking). Each Gift Voucher can only be used once. As soon as the TUI fly Gift Voucher is used as (partial) payment of a TUI fly booking, it is no longer valid. The TUI fly Gift Voucher cannot be converted into cash and cannot be exchanged for another TUI fly Gift Voucher for the amount mentioned or for part of this amount. Several Gift Vouchers can be used for a booked trip. Any residual value will not be reimbursed if the value of the booking is lower than the value of the gift voucher.
How long is a Gift Voucher valid ?
The TUI fly Gift Voucher mentions a date of issue, an activation code and a period of validity. The Gift Voucher is valid for flights that take place within 12 months of issue date. There is no extension possible.
Is the TUI fly Gift Voucher personalised ?
No.TUI fly Gift Vouchers are not issued in a particular name. They can therefore be passed on to someone else without any problems.
